Okay, that's what I was hoping.

How do you do it, though?

Deep freeze has an option called "Thawed space" you set programs like
Dragon and Kurzweil to either save to network drives (not effected by
Deep Freeze) or to the Thawed Space which is actually space on the
hard
drive, but deep freeze ignores it. Very easy to do, that's how we
keep
our lab .

When I worked at a high school we had "deep freeze" but our wonderful
tech

people found a way to keep our voice files safe. They just
partitioned

off
part of the drive for both Kurzweil and Dragon. When I moved to other

districts, other techs did the same. I am not the "tech person" so I
don't
know how, but they did it. I will try to find out before our time is
up.
Hi all and again Bob, Peter - and many others - my thanks to you. Peg
