Re: Speech recognition system?

[Moderator's note: Asim, I think you may be looking at more technical
issues than I am familiar with. Also, SR in telephony is somewhat
different I think because it is USUALLY dealing with smaller domains of
input (e.g., digits, simple 'yes/no' answers, etc.). Anyway, we'll see
what others have said in messages over the last day or two. Bob]

Dear Bob Thanks for your response. I think I did not mention too much
about
my education and experience. Actually I am from Pakistan; I have done MSc
(Computer Sciences) 2001. I have C and C++ programming experience. I have
done work 4 years in a software company.

Now I want to discuss about my project. In the speech recognition systems,
I
have to identify the person with his speech. On the very first level, I
have
to compare voice to find out the person. I have the second plan, to use it

on the PC. Means capture voice on telephone line and recognize about
speaker.

I think it will clear the whole project?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards.

Asim Shehzad
