I knew this was coming, but am so so disappointed. As a newbie (just this
past year) to this listserv I've found it tremendously
helpful...invaluable really. I'm so disappointed the listserv is
officially ending, but hopeful that it will continue in some form.

Subject: Seasons Greetings to Speak to Write members
Here's wishing you all a happy holiday season and healthy new year. (And
happy Festivus to some of you). The listserv will be open through next
week although I suppose many of you will be away from the computer
(hopefully). The list will run through January and our funding officially
(and FINALLY!) ends as of the first week in February. Some of you have
expressed interest in carrying on the list in some form or other and I
would love to see that happen. I am consulting now with our legal services
here at EDC to see what might be done with this "product" of a
federally-funded grant. I will return with more news after 1/1/05. In the
meantime, dictate in good cheer and even better health.
