My answer is quite simple. Look through the archived messages on this list
serve and compare the remarks about DNS and ViaVoice.
Also, watch for favourable comments about ViaVoice in response to your
message. I guess there will be very few. My scoring based on experience
over the last few years in developing software to work with IBM and DNS
systems and in training those with Special Needs is DNS 9, ViaVoice 1.
Every
time I make a presentation and I have negative feedback about voice
recognition, the problem can almost always be traced back to the user
having
ViaVoice rather than DNS.
