Another option is to say the command fairly slowly and clearly
    go..to..sleep
    - so that it is still continuous, just longer.

I've had that problem and still do on some occasion. As you have done, I
super-trained both "Go to Sleep" and
"ghostly" so hopefully the computer will remember the difference. One of
the guys I've worked with actually trained "Go to Sleep" in a sing-songy
voice with "sleep" being at a higher pitch than "go to." Of course now, if

ever he says "Go to Sleep" normally, the computer won't recognize it so he
always has to sing it. It never messes up when he sings "Go to Sleep." I
guess it's choice to sacrifice vanity for functionality.

    Subject: "Go to sleep" command

    Hi all,

Hoping all the brilliant minds will help me solve a problem. Have a young
man using NS 4 and he is doing well except, the command go to sleep keeps
coming up as written text "ghostly" We have tried training, re-training,
substituting "Go sleep" but, needless to say, nothing works. The
    frustrating
part is that the text the young man dictates is at about 89% accuracy rate
when he does a short dictation doc. By the time he has said "go to sleep"
three of four times in sequence, his level of frustration is totally
corruptive of any acceptance of command.

We are going to 5.0 on Monday but, I have concerns that the same problem
    will
arise. Ooops, the young man noted does not have use of his hands so
clicking on the mouse to stop dictation will not work and due to
    processing,
he needs to be able to stop after short periods of dictation.
Any solutions will be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks
    Nettie
