    Dear Stephen:

No, this is the first crash that I've ever had. Actually, it was more like
a near crash! I was getting all kinds of crazy error messages, and system
resources dangerously low messages, among other things. After scanning for
viruses and not finding any, I decided that I had to bite the bullet and
scrub the drive before I lost my opportunity to back everything up. So,
after burning everything in my various directories of files to a CD,I
scrubbed. Everything is fine now, I am also trying out a new laptop and
office 2000. Thanks for the question.

    Best regards,

    Shelley
