You may want to try running the program from the battery pack. I've been
told that sometimes there's just too much noise on the system when it is
running on AC power. I haven't explored this yet, but it was a suggestion
for me when I was trying to get recognition on Dragon for Teens. I haven't
tried it yet, though, as it went to low priority, but thought I'd pass along the
suggestion for anyone else to try.
