My nameis Lori Duncan and i am new to the group. As the parent of a student
(my son tristan) with a disability, the neuro-cognitive therapist
recommended dragon naturally speaking, and I went out and bought it only to
find that it doesn't work on his laptop. When I called their technical
support, i was told that it doesn't really work on laptops! I appreciate the
opportunity to learn of other ways to improve the performance of the
software. I speak to groups monthly about compensatory strategies in this
area and was very , very disappointed in its performance. thinking that I had
perhaps made an error in product selection, I purchased another dragon
naturally speaking-preferred- which includes dragon naturally mobile. could
someone comment on whether or not there is any difference whatsoever in the
two versions- and whether one of them might perform better on my son's
laptop?
thank you,
Lori Duncan
