Do you browse the Internet much? I have found that having an empty Cache
in Netscape makes a world of difference in NatSpeaks speed. I do not know
why, but is does make a difference. In Windows Explorer click program
files, then Netscape. Next click users, then default, & then Cache. Then
select all and delete the contents of the Cache Folder.

In Internet Explorer you need to get rid of temporary internet files, clear
history, and set history to 0. This can be done by clicking view in IE &
then clicking on Internet Options. Neccessary settings and/or options are
here.

Also don't forget to empty your recycle bin.

This may or may not help, but its worth a try
