Thanks for the pep talk. I am in agreement with much that I have been
reading on the listserve and am taking full advantage of the information
exhange process. Actually, -- I am copying the subject and letter portion
of many comments/facts and keeping them in a binder for future reference and
hard copy notations that I have shared with inquiring minds <SMILE>
