Here is a second set of questions for our end-of-year, following up on the
first from 2 weeks ago:
Questions 2-4:
2. Do you have student(s) successfully using discrete SR, continuous SR, or
both?
3. If you are using only one type of SR (from the above question), why did
you choose one over the other? Did you consider both?
4. If SR has been tried but not been successful, why do you think that is?
For those of you who missed the first question and can respond, here it is
again:
Question 1: For those of you who have actually used SR in schools, what would be
your top 5 (or so) considerations in establishing successful use of SR by
students? Please specify whether you are using discrete speech recognition,
continuous speech recognition, or both.
