It's great to have your input! We see this all the time, but it's nice to hear
it from someone as an independent voice. It's because of your experiences and
the relative lack of opportunities that you faced that most of us on this
listserv persevere to make sure that the opportunities are better for kids
now.

The Speaking to Write project is trying to make all our voices heard to speech
recognition companies through various kinds of advocacy, but we are riding the
crest of a "marketing tsunami." We just hope that more potential users will
get included as the voice modeling in these programs becomes more forgiving.
