Yes, my family bought DNS

No. I had read about it and thought it would be useful.

It is now written into her plan, but the follow-up is not working. I find a lot
of buck passing. No one seems to really want to assist my daughter in a
positive way. She can train the program herself, but she's been belittled, i.e.,
in a very subtle way so she doesn't want to go back to the training site. I am
taking matters into my own hands again.

I am calling an IEP meeting to determine specific times and tasks for use with
DNS.

The school technology coordinator seems to be the basic problem. He appears to
have little or no empathy--- and resistant to suggestions from a student who
knows more about the program than he does. The issues at the school may be
more sociological that technical.
