Hi.. Have you heard of Plato Learning? www.plato.com(I think) I'm not
sure if this software can be used on your server, but it has all that you
are looking for. Their contact number is 1-800-869-2000. Another one is
Paceware from Pace. I don't have detailed info with me, but I attended
one of their demos and they offer the same thing at a more reasonable
price than plato. If you are interested and need more info on Pace call me
