I have found Youth Learn (www.youthlearn.org) to be a tremendous asset in
measuring outcomes for project based learning. Also, if you have an idea
of what you want to teach the students, the lesson plans will offer you a
frame of reference for evaluating the children. Also, it always helps to
take a look at the grant. Sometimes the funders/grant will determine what
you need to measure. I hope this is helpful.
