Hi Champions of Youth Employment!

This study can be an interesting tool for all potential entrepreneurs.
A recent study developed by Bridges.org (http://www.bridges.org/) to inform
the deliberations of the
Business Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Working Group of the UN ICT Task
Force shows that there are 16 indicators of success:

1. Setting concrete goals and achieving them
2. Implementing and disseminating best practices
3. Evaluating efforts and reporting back to clients and supporters
4. Creating new businesses
5. Building local capacity and imparting a skill set so businesses can grow

themselves
6. Facilitating truly original ideas
7. Building businesses that withstand the test of time
8. Fostering environmentally sustainable business
9. Focusing on maginalised groups
10. Positively affecting the local economy and society
11. Fostering catalytic change by promoting a culture of entrepreneurship
12. Addressing policy issues that hinder entrepreneurship and SMME
development
13. Implementing a cost-effective approach to get the most impact for the
least cost
14. Integrating technology and going beyond ICT
15. Offering services that are relevant and useful at the ground level
16. Satisfying "client" entrepreneurs .

Applying those criteria to the Grameen Bank., it show that this intiative
is a total entrepreunership success.

Please see attachment for more infos.

I hope this tool will be useful to you and your team in your youth
employment project.
