It is with great enthusiasm,we the members of global Welfare Relief Agency
,United States invites groups,youths and youth-focused organizations to
take an active role in the forth coming International youth conferences
taking place in Seatle , Washington , United States and in Guinea-Bissau.
The first conference will take place from JUNE 23rd to 27th 2003. in the
united states, having its theme as YOUTH AND VIOLENCE ? YOUTH VIOLENCE IN
VIOLENT TIMES. While the second conference will take place in Guinea
?Bissau, having its theme as INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON WAR AFFECTED
CHILDREN taking place from JULY14th-18th 2003. We believe this is an
incredible opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and
organizations in the promotion and development of proactive youths
involvement in our communities.
I am the chairman organising committee of the above forth coming events.We
picked your e-mail address from the website forwarded to us by the Asia
Students Association in the U.S. during our request at your last
International year of volunteer to invite youths from your country. All
round flight tickets , feeding and accommodation throughout the conference
in the United States for all participants will be financed by our indepent
donors. The organising committees will process US visas for all
participants requiring visas to the united states.The visa will be
processed and Authorised in the United States by the US Bureau of Immigrant
Affairs . The confirmation will be fax to the US Embassy in your country
and a copy will also be fax to the participants. We are only giving rooms
for existing and active organisations to participate in this events as
chances are limited. We therefore ask all interested organisation to
forward the following information and profile about their organisations:
1) Aims and objectives of the Organisation
2) Organisation profile
3) Achievement so far Direct your response to the secretary organising

Only five members will be allowed to partcipate from each of the selected
countries . Individuals who do not belong to any organisation but are
