What is the Project Timeline?

Each year, a new cohort of communities begins the CSA project cycle. Cohorts contain an average of 18 school districts or 54 communities. The project cycle takes three years to complete.

Year 1: Baseline - months 1-2; PRA/PLA - months 1-2; C-SIP - months 1-2; SMC/PTA training (5 days) - months 3-6; Microgrant (tranche1) - months 4-6; IEC (Drama/Public Forum) - months 5-8; SMC/PTA training (3 days) - months 10-12; Microgrant (tranche 2) - months 10-12; Facilitator Community Mobilization Activities - months 3-12.

Year 2: Microgrant (tranche 3) - months 2-4; refresher SMC/PTA training (2 days) - months 5-6; IEC (Drama/Public Forum) - months 1-6; Facilitator Community Mobilization Activities - months 1-12.

Year 3: Refresher training, interventions, and facilitator community mobilization activities, as needed, to improve performance and sustainability.
